Any way you slice it, the Quartered A-Line Skirt is Rosie perfection!  Ribbons of Raffia adorn the seams in pink ombré, blue ombré and rainbow for an eye catching twirl.  Fabricated in soft Taffeta Poplin for a light and fresh feel.  Wear it with the matching Bandana Top for a charming ensemble.

This style has a back invisible zipper and is fitted at the waist with loose hips.  The waistline has top applied raffia and will not stretch.  If you are between sizes, size up.
