Free standard shipping on orders $500 and over (3–5 business days). Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout.
International
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. All applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP) — no surprise charges at delivery. Estimated delivery time varies by destination.

Sample sale items may be returned for store credit only.
US Orders
Full-price items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with all original and security tags intact. A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, email hello@rosieassoulin.com — we'll provide a prepaid UPS label. Items must be shipped back within 2 weeks of return approval.
International Orders
Full-price items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. To initiate a return, email hello@rosieassoulin.com. Once approved, a DHL return label will be provided and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes collected at checkout are fully refunded on returned items. Items must be returned within 15 days of authorization.
All Orders
Sale items: see individual product pages for return eligibility — some items are marked final sale and are non-returnable. All returned items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, or lotion stains may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of retail value.

REFUNDS
