WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to the United States, Mexico, Canada, and most international regions (Europe, APAC, and rest of world). If you are unable to choose a shipping option for your destination, email us at hello@rosieassoulin.com.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you receive an order confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (weekends and federal holidays excluded). Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on the destination and delivery method you selected. You can track your package by entering the tracking number at HERE.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

We offer free shipping and returns within the United States. For international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

WILL I NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES?

All prices and taxes assessed during checkout are exclusive of import duties and VAT taxes. If you live outside of the US or in a country that charges VAT taxes, you may be responsible for these taxes upon delivery of your order.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible once received so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to modify an order after you have placed it. However, if it has been less than 12 hours since you placed the order, email us at hello@rosieassoulin.com and we will try our best!

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Items are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with security tag intact and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please visit our RETURNS CENTER. You will receive email notifications with the status of your return as well as further instructions. WHERE CAN I FIND SIZE AND FIT ADVICE?

You can view our full size chart HERE. Please note that our styles are closer to a european fit than standard US sizing, so please compare your measurements to the size chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Yes! If the price of an item you purchased from us changes within 10 days of the purchase date, we will gladly refund you the difference. Simply email us at hello@rosieassoulin.com.
