Yes! We'd love to host you in showroom. Please reach out to Jill directly or set up an appointment using this LINK. Be sure to include your client’s typical size and style preferences so we can better assist you.
HOW DO I PULL PRODUCT?
To pull product on consignment, email jill@rosieassoulin.com with the desired items and sizes. Jill will coordinate shipping directly to your studio or your client's home address.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Shipping and returns are free for any item pulled through the Stylist Program. All outbound orders ship 3 day express, or equivalent, unless otherwise agreed upon by the team. If a client purchases an item and elects to return it within the allotted return window, return shipping will be deducted from their refund.
HOW LONG IS THE CONSIGNMENT WINDOW?
Our standard consignment window is 3 business days from the date of receipt. If you need an extension, please contact our team directly.
CAN I RECEIVE COMMISSION ON SALE PRODUCT?
Yes! We offer your standard commission and consignment window on first markdowns. However, anything listed FINAL SALE is excluded from consignments and commissions
WHAT IF AN ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please inspect all product upon receipt. Any issues must be reported to our team within 24 hours.
HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?
Sales reports are sent on the 15th of each month for all orders closed the previous month. Stylists have 48 business hours to confirm or dispute transactions.
Confirmed commission payments are issued monthly by the last day of the month for all net orders closed the prior month. For example, commissions for orders closed in February will be paid out on or before March 31st.
To ensure timely payment, please ensure your Stylist Agreement, W-9, and banking details are complete and submitted.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
Keeps and returns must be finalized and communicated to the Rosie Assoulin team within 3 business days of receipt. Keeps will be charged to either the client’s card or the stylist’s card on file.
Returns are covered by Rosie Assoulin and must be postmarked within 24 hours of order closing. If a return label is missing, contact Jill directly.
CAN I PULL A CONSIGNMENT FOR PRESS OR PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES?
We’d love for you to highlight Rosie Assoulin! Please contact Jill for any PR SAMPLE REQUEST and include the desired item(s), production timeline, and publication date. Note that consignments may never be pulled for PR purposes. Any consignment that has been obviously worn, is damaged, etc may be subject to a restocking fee, as outlined on our RETURN POLICY.
