SHIPPING


PLEASE NOTE All prices, local taxes, and import duties are estimated and collected at checkout. Please be aware of the applicable import duties and fees for your country. In the event you are required to pay additional taxes and fees at delivery, you will be responsible for these charges.

We ship to the United States, Mexico, Canada, and most international regions (Europe, APAC, and the rest of the world). We offer free shipping and returns within the United States only. For international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

Once you receive order confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (weekends and US federal holidays excluded). Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on the destination and delivery method you selected. RETURNS


Sample sale items may be returned for store credit only. 

Full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after receipt. Only a return request needs to be made within 14 days, then the item can be shipped back within 2 weeks of the approved return request.

Sale items return eligibility varies, see product details for specific sale item return eligibility. Please note that some sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange so please check the product description for the return eligibility before purchasing a sale item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with all original and security tags intact, and in the same condition that you received it. When trying on for the first time, we recommend being mindful of any makeup, lotions, or deodorants that might stain the garment. You may be responsible for these costs if the returned garment requires cleaning. 

INITIATE A RETURN

US domestic orders

We offer free returns within the US. Once your items have been approved for return, you will receive an email notification along with a prepaid label to return your order. Most domestic returns are shipped via UPS. You can find your closest drop-off location here

International orders

Currently, we are unable to offer free international returns. If you are outside of the US, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If import duties or taxes were assessed on your purchase, these are also non-refundable.

Once your items have been approved for return, you will receive an email notification along with a prepaid label to return your order. Most international returns are shipped via DHL. You can find your closest drop-off location here

Please note that we will not accept returns that have not been shipped more than 15 days after the return request authorization.

REFUNDS


Once your items are received and inspected, you will receive an email notification if your return has been accepted.

Once accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it may take 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

If the items are not eligible for return (i.e. have been worn, damaged, missing security tags etc.), your return will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Instead, we will contact you directly for further resolution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after refund confirmation, check with your bank account as the refund may still be pending. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
